The villa is a convenient 30-minute drive from Orlando International Airport, is minutes away from Highway 27 and Exit 58 of the I-4 as well as Highway 192 where there is a large selection of restaurants and shops. 

On the edge of Champions Gate, where you can enjoy two excellent golf courses designed by Greg Norman, David Leadbetter's Golf Academy and superb lunches at the 19th hole. Also nearby, you will find a 'Publix' Supermarket, Chilli's, Chinese & Pizza takeaway, Liquor Store (Off Licence), Walgreens Pharmacy and McDonalds Restaurant. In addition, the new Omni Hotel also has several restaurants to tempt you.

All of the major attractions are only a short drive away such as Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon, Blizzard Beach whilst  Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Seaworld, Wet and Wild and Gatorland are also conveniently situated.

Kennedy Space Centre, the Gulf of Mexico and Busch Gardens are also within easy travelling distance.
